We can’t wait to help you make your learning program a smashing success! After working with hundreds of organizations in every imaginable industry, here are a few best practices we’ve seen generate fantastic learning results again and again. If you want to get even more specific, take a look at our Use Case section!
Set goals for success
Set measurable goals that align with the overall needs of your business. What do you want to accomplish with Grovo? What do you want your learners to gain? Establishing this early on will help you track learner progress and continually improve performance to make sure you’re getting the learning outcomes you desire.
Savvy promotion is key
Get your learners excited for Grovo as early as possible! Talk about Grovo in meetings, promote it in your company newsletter, or share articles on microlearning with learners and managers (you can even send them to the Grovo Blog or share our publicly viewable lessons!). We can help along the way with engaging emails to launch Grovo internally, or announce new content available, but the key to excitement starts with you!
Teach your learners to learn
Most people want to learn new skills every day, but need a little help getting into the routine. Try emailing your employees every week with self-enroll links to recommended content (we even have a few ready-to-go templates to get you started)!
Host in-person events
Sometimes it takes a personal touch to motivate people. Try hosting a webinar, an in-person demo, or complete some lessons as a group to show your learners just how easy, helpful, and fun using Grovo can be. If you’re excited, chances are they will be too.
Be a cheerleader.
When somebody crosses a significant learning milestone, celebrate their success with others. That pat on the back will not only make that person feel good, but it can inspire their teammates to do the same. That’s what building a learning culture is all about!
