All Grovo legacy platforms were deactivated on October 31, 2018 and are no longer available. We apologize if this is a surprise, but we have been welcoming organizations to join us on the new Grovo platform for over a year, during which time we have not offered a consumer-facing product.
Help! I can’t get in to Grovo. What happened?
Over the past two years, Grovo has been in the process of releasing the second version of our product. Along with this release in 2018, we deactivated our legacy platform as of October 2018. View our release of the next generation of Grovo.
Why didn’t I know about this?
During the two-year transition, our Customer Success team notified all active accounts about the new platform and migration plans. If you did not receive these communications, please confirm that you have an active agreement with Grovo and have completed all payments on time. If either of these pieces are missing, you would not have been included in our migration process.
If you have confirmed both requirements, please contact our Director of Customer Success, Kate Rotunno, at katherine@grovo.com sharing a copy of your active agreement and confirmed on time payment history.
What can I do now?
In late 2018, Grovo was acquired by Cornerstone OnDemand and is no longer available for independent sale. Read all the details in our joint announcement. If you are interested in exploring Cornerstone please check out their website to learn more.
