We understand how critical timing and messaging are in driving a successful learning program.
That's why we give Admins the power to control the messaging of Campaigns by choosing to turn off automated assignment notifications.
Each time you assign a one-time assignment, you can choose to notify learners via email so they immediately receive an email notification about the Campaign as soon as it’s assigned.
You also have the option to opt-out of sending the learner-facing “You’ve been assigned…” notification email by making sure the checkbox is left blank. This way you can choose when and how to communicate the assignment simply by copying the assignment link to share with learners.
Please note all other notifications including due soon, due today, and overdue emails will continue to be sent.
