At Grovo we believe the more learners, the merrier. Adding multiple users at once makes it so you can get your employees up-and-running with Grovo faster.
So, to get started:
- Click Admin from the left navigation panel
- Click Users
- Download the user upload template
The only required attributes are First Name, Last Name, email address and Employee ID*, but the more attributes you are able to put in, the more granular your reporting and the more specific your campaigns can be.
Our smart system will tell you if there are mistakes in your spreadsheet and where so that you can fix them. This is also the process by which you update information on your users.
The bulk upload option overwrites any existing attributes associated with that account, so be sure everything is up-to-date!
Then, choose your password delivery option being sure to note that some options automatically send emails to your learners and some don't.
*Please note that if your company doesn't use Employee IDs, you can make up any combination of letters and numbers, it just has to be unique to each user. Some examples are using the email alias (the bit of your email address before the @) or using First Name, Last Name, and Birthday all strung together (firstnamelastnamebirthday).
