So, you want to get your employee(s) up-and-learning on Grovo? Great. Follow these quick and easy steps to get started:
- Go to your Grovo Dashboard and click Admin
- Click Users
- Click "Add/Edit Your Individual Users" in the top right
- Click "Add an Individual user"
The only required attributes are First Name, Last Name, email address and Employee ID*, but the more attributes you are able to put in, the more granular your reporting and the more specific your campaigns can be.
*Please note that if your company doesn't use an Employee ID, you can make up any combination of letters and numbers, it just has to be unique to each user. A good example is using the email alias (the bit of your email address before the @) or using First Name, Last Name, and Birthday all strung together (firstnamelastnamebirthday).
