Who's on your Project Team?
As with any initiative, it’s important to assemble a project team so you know who’s doing what and when. We recommend putting together a team that fulfills the roles below to ensure a smooth Grovo launch!
Master Administrator - The Master Administrator will be using Grovo most often to manage users and deliver training to individuals across your organization. They'll be responsible for project managing the implementation activities outlined above.
Tech Lead - The Tech Lead will carry out any and all technical integrations including the configuration of single sign-on (SSO) or the build out to Grovo's user management API.
Creators - Creators are individuals with subject matter expertise, or are charged with training and/or managing people in your organization. These individuals might be department heads, trainers, or managers. When someone at your company has a question, these individuals can now build the answer in Grovo using the Create tool.
Learning Administrators - Just like Creators, Learning Administrators in Grovo will be responsible for creating content but possess the added ability to assign out content in Campaigns to individuals across your organization.
