Often times a user will get to the end of a SCORM material, but it will not mark as complete in Grovo. There could be several causes for this:
-
- The learner needs to click the close button on the SCORM content after viewing it to trigger the completion. If they don’t, the status will not be updated.
- Based upon how the SCORM content was created, a quiz must be passed in order to complete the trigger.
- Based on the design of a lesson, there may be specific requirements beyond completion of a lesson and passing of a quiz:
- Learners may need to listen to a required portion of the audio content
- Learners may be required to complete a required portion of the interactions (in layman's terms, they'll need to click on everything)
- The learner needs to click the close button on the SCORM content after viewing it to trigger the completion. If they don’t, the status will not be updated.
