Groups |
Groups: an collection of users based on a certain criteria. These users may have the same attribute, role, or simply need to receive the same lessons. Attribute: a label that helps organize users based on specific traits, such as belonging to a particular department, title, start date, and more. |
Powers |
Role: a label that defines what a user can and can't do in Grovo. Each role has access to different permissions. Permissions: the product features that a user does (and doesn't) have access to base on their role. For example, permission to view Reports. |
Materials |
Cards: the building blocks of lessons. Cards come in all variety from text to video and grab attention by adding features like voice-over recordings or a fun GIF Lessons: bite-sized bursts of engaging, mixed-media learning made up of a series of self-paced cards. Tracks: a collection of lessons that focus on a related topic or behavior. |
Trainings |
Campaigns: training material, such as lessons or tracks, that are assigned together to be completed over a determined period of time. |
Default Trainings |
Triggered Campaigns: automatically send an assignment to learners when they are added to a specific group or added to the Grovo platform for the first time. |
Clone or Retakes |
Allowed Attempts - the determined number of times a learner can retake an assignment. This is set while creating the Campaign so that retakes are automatically allowed without you needing to recreate or resend an assignment. |
