Learners receive all assignments the same way. There is no change depending on the assignment type being One Time or Triggered.
The Admin who is the assigner will NOT receive a “Successfully been sent” email notification in automated triggered assignments.
Will a Learner get the same assignment multiple times if they are a member of multiple targeted groups?
Unfortunately, yes, we don’t currently support any smart deduping of multiple assignments of the same Campaign to a Learner. We are working hard to support this logic shortly.
As an immediate alternative, you can cancel individual user assignments as needed.
How will triggered assignments show up in the Assignment table on Campaign details?
A triggered assignment typically shows up as a single 1:1 assignment to user assignment row. The exception to this depends on the options you choose during the trigger creation. See here for more on managing Campaign triggers.
