Prime the pump by sending out a teaser email with a big launch date, and if your company is really behind this initiative, hand out some swag with it.
But, by far, our most successful launches are sustained by front-line managers. Empower teams to get their colleagues into Grovo and entrusting them with the ability to create content that is hyperspecific to their day-to-day will help make that happen.
