The legwork for putting your learning program together is done. Now it's time to put all of that hard work into that hands (and minds!) of those that need it most - your learners.

The most important part of a launch is making sure that you've made Grovo relevant to your teammates. Fill it with trainings that will excite them and make them better at their jobs.
Prime the pump by sending out a teaser email with a big launch date, and if your company is really behind this initiative, hand out some swag with it.
But, by far, our most successful launches are sustained by front-line managers. Empower teams to get their colleagues into Grovo and entrusting them with the ability to create content that is hyperspecific to their day-to-day will help make that happen.
