Yes! Our 40+ sexual harassment Microlearning® lessons together fully comply with the harassment and abusive conduct training requirements in every state that mandates or suggests workplace training, including California, Connecticut, and Maine.
All lessons in Grovo’s Sexual Harassment program were developed in partnership with Dan Obuhanych, a licensed attorney in the State of California with more than 18 years of experience in workplace law.
Does Grovo’s harassment content meet California's two-hour training requirement for supervisors?
Yes! Between our three tracks, 'Sexual Harassment for Employees,' 'Sexual Harassment for Managers,' and 'Rights & Protections for LGBTQ Employees,' Grovo content contains over two hours of harassment training, making it compliant with California’s two-hour minimum training for employees in supervisory roles. (Note that there is not a minimum training time for employees in California who are not supervisors.)
